How to get started with FirstQuickPay
Setting up your account with us is as easy as following these steps
Merchant
Select “Business” Account.
Input FirstBank Account Number.
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Click on “Sign Up” or “Continue”.
System validates the Account Number at the back end and sends an OTP to the phone number and email mapped to the merchant’s account.
The merchant enters the OTP and system validates the OTP.
Merchant completes Account Security Setup.
Create Password.
Confirm Password.
Profile creation is completed upon creation of password.
Get Started
Customers
Select “Individual” Account.
Input FirstBank Account Number, Debit Card Number and Card Pin.
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Click on “Sign Up” or “Continue”.
System validates previous details provided and sends an OTP to the phone number and email mapped to customer’s account.
Customer enters the OTP and system validates the OTP.
Customer completes Account Security Setup.
Create Transaction Pin.
Create Password.
Profile creation is completed upon creation of password.
